We offer advice and advocacy and always consider our clients’ interests first. Solicitors can count on good sound professional advice and representation by our barristers. The benefits are: All work will be attended to by counsel of the requisite level of expertise and experience. Peace of mind in knowing that even if the requested counsel is unavailable at the time of booking the same clerks will provide the best alternative. If no such counsel is available then none will be offered. We do not compromise either our professional or lay clients’ cases! In the unavoidable case of a higher court demanding a previously booked counsel’s attendance or counsel’s becoming ill, solicitors will be informed accordingly as soon as this is known to us and, if available, a suitable alternative counsel will be offered, or if requested the brief will be returned. Fees: We are able to cover both private and legally aided clients. Naturally, fees vary according to the complexity and magnitude of the case, as well as the seniority of counsel involved. In order to avoid unforeseen increases in fees, quotations are provided on request shortly upon sight of the brief or other comprehensive relevant paperwork. ALL fees will therefore be agreed in advance. All opinions, pleadings and other documents can be sent via e-mail to avoid wasteful retyping of documents. |
