COMPLAINTS PROCEDURE Our aim is to give you a good service at all times. However if you have a complaint you are invited to let us know as soon as possible. If you are not the solicitor who instructed the barrister concerned, you may like to discuss your complaint with the solicitor in the first instance, but there is no requirement to do so.
